Sexout bug help

I've installed the SexoutNG but it doesn't work properly. It tells me ingame that it has been installed and it also shows up in mcm. But the dialogue to have sex doesn't show up. Even during the sexscenes with sarah weintraub, she just puts on her sleepwear and lays in the bed while my character just stands in the entry. Only thing working normally is masturbating. I thought it might be because i have the german version, but sexual innuendo, which i have uninstalled again works fine. How do I fix this?

SexoutNG is only a framework. You'll need mods that use it, to bring actual porn to your game.
