Body reference in Nifskope ?

Hi, I want to make npc in Skyrim use a different body also with different texture than my current main body. I changed texture paths for it in Nifskope and also made Armor in CK using that .nif file, but when NPC wears that armor it just shows as my default body that I use. I also created TextureSet with textures I want and made the armor use it. Not working. I wonder if the problem is in Nifskope and the .nif model uses some ingame reference as model and texture...

Try the attached, it'll help with your body and textures...    You'll need to create an .esp (mod) file for your armor.

there's over 9000 topics about that

game will use texture path for mesh with shader body, if

-armor have no texture set

-npc have no worn armor with texture set

-npc race have no race armor with texture set

whatever you put in headpart textureset is ignored by the game, unless you are the dragonborn

faster to load the result, than regenerating those heads all the time, so it's only done if you don't pick a race preset (those have head nif)

then game load the result instead headpart x with headpart y with headpart z....

and either you regenerate those heads, to get a nif with the edit of the headpart, either you update that directly in the nif (by editing head nif texture set, eye texture set, deleting hair y and relacing with another you rename to hair y...)
