flat tits for females?

i'm trying to find a mod that had a more convincing flat boobs to put on a trap character, but the boobs just look really compressed when just trying to make them flat in CAS.

 

anybody know a mod that makes a girl look more like a cutting board?

If you are trying to make a 'Trap' character, why not just create a male with a feminine frame and clothing preference (unless by Trap, you mean some kind of Fauxlicon age trap used by the FBI or Chris Hansen to catch a predator)?
