Problem with Dragonborn - monsters are 1shotting me

I've first noticed that problem in BB:Winds of Change, where I got 1-shotted by a Seeker. I've came into book a few times and it all ended the same with everything: Seekers, Lurkers and even that slapping tentacles. I thought it's weird and abandoned the Book for later. I fought Burnt Spriggan and it was okay. Then I died to single fireball from Ash Spawn (but it doesn't happen every time, also no 100% of the time with Seekers, didn't tested others). This is the moment, I thought that something is really wrong. I'll add that I'm lvl 66, with around 600 HP and I run heavy armor with elemental resistances, so there's no chance of them simply 1shotting me. I didn't notice that happening out of Solstheim.

You dont have other issues?

Since you dont even have your masters in proper order.

 

Sort up your load.

And the list you have is only your MOD list, not your loadorder.

 

What modding tool have you used for installing your mods.

I didn't notice anything out of order and I'm playing quite the while on this set-up. For load I kinda used this 

but then I kinda started adding new mods into others category and I could've screwed up with it. And yeah, I just noticed I copied my list not the plugin list.

Yeah, but I kinda was forced after few CTDs after adding mods, 'cause as I said I have no idea how to order them properly manually. All I know is esm to the up, patches below mods that patch is patching and dyndolod to the very bottom and it didn't work, so I tried LOOTing and it worked.
