Vortex is Nexus' attempt to improve on Mod Organizer. Which Mod Manager you use is entirely up to you and what you want it to do for you versus how much complexity you want to deal with. ALL OF THEM will run the mods on LoversLab equally well. As I said, it's not about the mods, it's about you.
