Newbie in need of some guidance

I am a newbie towards the whole modding scene, and I would some help from the community. 

Preferably what I want is everything that is needed and how to modded it. 

A whole npc look overhaul is the top, love meter/attraction level,  sex capabilities, Serana, vampire, bride, beautiful female follower etc All female Npc beautiful if possible 

If not I’ll just cross check
