You are going to need to provide a lot more details.  What are you trying to do exactly?

I have downloaded a custom orgasm sound effect from here and installed it after Sexlab 1.62 so it overwrites default SL sounds, through Mod Organizer. How should i create a sexlab compatible sound and then inject it inside custom sound effect folder ? It is structured like this - Sound\fx\Sexlab\fxOrgasm01. There are two sound clips inside fxOrgasm01 folder.

Exactly the same way the other mod did.  Make the sound, name it to the same so it overwrites.

Still not fully grasping what you are asking.  Do you need to know how to extract the sounds? Where to get them? (videos using Chrome Audio Capture or something similar) Format? (16 bit wav)

I have the mp3 sound file. Maybe i need to convert it to a specific format so that it is recognized by game. But how to do it ?

So I just need a wav converter right ? how should i convert it to .wav, As there r things like bit rate or a specific form of .wav file, so that it is recognized by SLab in-game.

well for the SLDragons mod we use "mono 44100Hz 32-Bit float" and save/export as "WAV (Microsoft) signed 16-bit PCM"

Would this method+format work with other SLab mods too ?
