I have a story playing out on my version of the sims 4 where my Sims stepsister is in love with him. He has a wife but I was wondering if there's any wickedwhims animations out there where the stepsister could get her own way with her stepbrother, preferably whilst he is sleeping

I don't think raping sleeping sims is a thing (yet). There are animations that look like one of the sims is asleep, but as far as I remember it was always the female sim "sleeping".

 

Best you could find is FemDom animations, there aren't many that I know of, but they exist (of course I don't remember the names...).
