Modding clothes to remove remnant gender restrictions?

I don't know how many of you noticed, but there are still some feminine clothes men cannot wear (and masculine clothes women cannot).

 

I have found the hex codes for some of these, I was wondering if there were anyway to make a tuning mod to allow then to be worn by both?

In case you don't realize it yet, you just need a package file to change include the masculine or feminine tags on the chosen article of clothing. You'll need Sims 4 Studio to do so.
