Fixing Origin

I was told by another member that there's a way to fix Origin.  How do you do that?  I've looked all over the Origin menus & didn't find any selection that said fix.  Please help.  I'm going to lose my mind over this pretty soon:(

I found out my problem was a bad or broken mod.  It was preventing the game from loading past the title screen.

Origin can be deleted then re-installed.  You can select repair game after choosing My Library in Origin, right clicking on the game, then selecting repair game from that menu.

How did you get your games? When I was playing Sims 3, I would NOT log into Origin to play.. See if you can play without having to log in to Origin. And yes, Origin is broken and has been for quite some time now. I always found it useless unless I wanted to share a creation, which I never did. Hope that help you!

I guess there is no way to log in at S4 without the (updated) Origin client.

But you can use it offline (and deactive auto update) as well but not without activ Origin (just possible for S3) in the background.

If you got problems ask on the EA help or phone them directly. The service is often really helpful.
