Realvision have fomod, you can use nexusmod and install, then go to Skyrim\Data\RealVision_ENB_files and start RV_install, that's all you need Mods can make cdt outside, if you can play in interior it means that it's not enb trouble

ENB's are not suitable for low-performance PC's. important point when using ENB, Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering must be deactivated!

There is many enb presets whitch not particularly demanding to GPU, but yes, use enb on nvidia gt 640 for example is not good idea
