Is there anyway I could choose which toy she uses? As I said, I don't know if other animators used this toys, personally I made only one such animation at the moment. You can't choose the toy you want, only animator can define which toy really fits the animation otherwise we could get a real weird mess trying different toys which doesn't really fit. If several toys were defined by the author as suitable for the animation (including different colors of the same toy), the toy is picked randomly when you start the animation. 1

nahimguod Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 I have tried using these add ons multiple times. tried several different animatiors' animations, but none are usable. these toys are just decor, nothing more.

It depends on the exact animation, if an animator used this object in their animation, it will be required for that animation and has to be installed. Example If you don't have any animation that uses this objects, you don't need them, unless you want to use them as decor. 1

wild_guy Posted August 30, 2023 Author Posted August 30, 2023 (edited) So, I decided to get rid of all those stupid and useless (even harmful) brackets in the mod file names in my game. But I made the same mistake myself while named files for this CC (oops). This is just a small technical update devoted to the file renaming. Universal names will also ensure the packages compatibility in case of any future updates. Be sure to delete the old files before updating! P.S. Also remember to always delete the localthumbcache.package from your ...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder after making changes in it. This will keep you save from additional errors. Instead of bringing up the popup page where you click download, its opening a blank window and not doing anything. No other files having this problem. 1

My only questions, just to be certain: is it enough to have all the mods (for sex toys and related animations) installed correctly for the sex toy animations to be available? Or do my Sims need to own the toys in game? Like, do I need to have the toys in my household inventory? Do I need to place them somewhere on the lot or in the house?
wild_guy Posted April 4, 2024 Author Posted April 4, 2024 @EatsBush you only need to have sex toys installed in your Mods for the related animations to work and don't have to place them anywhere in the game. You can also use sex toys as decor, but animations don't require placing them. 1
