I myself have never seen this replacer. Tho something really stings me about this. The cleavage area looks too photoshopped. I can be wrong about it, but it does looks way to edited.

It's not shopped as far as I know; those boobs on the cleavage are most likely clipping into eachother, and that tends to mess up ENB's shadows like that. but honestly who knows.
