It seems like a lot of people have been asking the mod author already, but he isn't really pointing out which dress she is wearing here. I really adore the texture and the dress as a whole and I'd love to know where it's from! Cheers c:

Full credit to JafK1 for the response below on it, the consensus on this seems to be that it's behind a paywall from a modder named Blood bird on qq (chinese platform).
