Looks like an ECE preset? Not a race.

The skin looks like some variation of Fair Skin or Pure Skin or some other. It's hard to tell because of the low res and honestly those airbrushed skins all look the same to me (it's probably a hybrid?)

Hair I'm not sure, probably KS Hairdos. There's so many of those types of hairs which look similar to that one that I couldn't tell you if it was included there or not.

Presets like those come a dime a dozen on lots of Asian modding sites. Try finding them there or just making your own.

Tintmasks also look modded to me. There's a tintmask replacer on nexus for Korean makeup.

Or you could just ask the author of the pic for their modlist I suppose.

nope its an asian race im sure i heard about it in somewhere, i do believe its from one of those pay to get authors, also the owner of the pic didint answer either sadly.
