Skyrim LE & SE at the same time

I have LE installed on my main drive (C).  I wanted to start playing around with SE at the same time, is it as simple as installing SE on just selecting another drive (E) to install on, or do I need to do something else so they won't conflict?

You can have both installed on the same drive if you like they are different games, SE installs as Skyrim Special Edition.
