[Sexbound] Sexbound Defeat help

i’ve been trying to mod the sexbound defeat mod addon for sexbound so that if i kill an npc, they die and dont turn into a sex node, but if they kill me they can still force me to have sex

 

the thing is, i havent been able to do this, instead i got some really unexpected bugs.

 

here’s what happened so far:

1. NPCs became invincible somehow

2. Ship became empty, couldnt beam down to planet and couldnt spawn NPCs

3. Only 2/3 of the NPCs died, the third becoming a sex node

 

I havent had any luck with this after trying for more than an hour, it would most of the time become the first bug or just not change anything at all, can someone who is better at this please help me?

All completely understandable. I had to disable it for players in a server, for obvious abuse reasons, but its doable the other way around aswell if you wish. Its a bit of trial and error, and can be disabled by any other mods that meddle with it (Player_primary.lua scripts), like SBG Races apparently...?

Anyhow, its not too hard of a edit for me, but i can see how it can be troublesome to someone who isn't modding-savvy.

If you still desire such functionality, i can see about doing a edit for you and sending it over via PM's or something.

I have tried to achieve the exact same thing and was able to improvise that goal by setting the "defeatTimeoutNPC" integer in "sexbound-defeat.config" to 0.

The beaten NPC will pop their defeat-text-bubble very briefly, but dies in less than a second later. I think the speech-bubble is visible for a single frame, depending on how the game cycles work.

This worked by also making it so their health reaches zero instead of 0.01! thank you!

i installed this mod and for some reason no npcs even ones at the outpost don't spawn what happend?

i think i am having the same coflict with the  Sexbound-Terato017Defeat so how do i edit them and change so it works properly. Because before i deleted this mod the monsters wouldnt die or would i die or lose health. now after i have removed them the monsters die but i do not lose any health like im invincible to any kinda of damage.  also what do i do to have sex with the npcs with out having to use sexbound furniture. like have sex anywhere.

can you help me out with configuring sexbound defeat and Sexbound-Terato017Defeat too because i am having that issue too. where my player and npcs will not die nor take damage like  or will any bubble pop up  for the player to have sex with the monster. i can screenshot the mods i have orsend you logs.
