Honestly I have no idea what am I doing wrong at this point, maybe it's because I have LoL installed on different drive that C?

You can go into the mod folder and overwrite the character splash art DDS file with that file.

There is no champion folder you want? We can use the Obsidian 2.0 program to extract it from the LOL Client and change it. For more information,
