Last Exception Error

Good afternoon,

 

Could anyonehelp me figure out why I'm having last exception errors, please? Also, I think this unknown error is the reason behind my sim walking with both her hands twisted above her head & that's how she holds anything: above her head, including books, food etc. Please, help.
