RogueMage Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 This is a total rewrite of DailyIncome 1.0. Actually it is a different mod with the same purpose. Have Fun!    Name: Daily Income Revised Version: 2.0 Date: 9/26/2011 Category: Gameplay Effects and Changes Requirements: Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) Recommended: Oblivion Mod Manager Author(s): RogueMage  Description =========== Gives NPCs an income depending on Faction, Faction Rank, Social Class and City. Usefull for Players in the need of npcs with some money in the pockets (courtesans, pickpockets, muggers etc.).   Features ========  Differentiate payment by factions ----------------------------------- - include/exclude factions regarding payment - set a basic income for the lowest faction level - set a raise per faction rank in gold (an archmage gets more money than an associate etc.) - set a pay period in days (let the beggars get 1 gold every 3 days...) - set a limit for the 'moneysack'. It will only be paid out until this limit is reached. - chance of loss/win and amount in percent for random fluctuation (lucky or unlucky events subtract or add money -> lost money playing cards, get extra pay for good job performance etc.)  Factions included are: Nobility, MagesGuild, NineDivines, FightersGuild, ThievesGuild, Imperial Watch, Guards (not directly a faction but treated as one), Beggars, Bandits, Marauders, Necromancers, Conjurers, MythicDawn, Vampires, NoFaction (all NPCs which are not in a faction at all)  Differentiate between cities/citizens ------------------------------------- Well, Bravil is pretty poor, Anvil and the IC are prosperous. To reflect that citizens of the CitizenFaction for the major towns have their own multiplier (A Guard in Anvil will get less money than one in Skingrad etc.). Can be change in the ini-file to your liking.  Differentiate payment by social class ------------------------------------- If not in a faction the social class will be analyzed by 'GetClothingValue' for cloth and by armor health for armor (cuirass). All Values can be set in the ini-file.  Install ======= This archive is distributed in what LHammonds calls OMOD-Ready format. It allows you to manually extract and install like most other mods but it also allows you to use Oblivion Mod Manager and import this archive with all the settings pre-configured for an OMOD file. Pick which method you are going to use for installation:  Manual Installation - = or = - OBMM Installation  Manual Install -------------- 1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data folder. You can ignore or delete the "omod conversion data" folder. 2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).  OBMM Install ------------ Create the OMOD (Do this section only once) 1. Copy archive to (install folder)\Oblivion\obmm\omod\ 2. Start Oblivion Mod Manager. 3. Click the Create button. 4. Click the Add Archive button, find and select the archive, then click Yes. 5. Click the Create omod button, then click OK when it finishes.  Install the mod using OBMM 1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager. 2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen. (icon should turn blue)  Uninstall ========= Pick which method you are going to use for uninstall based on how you installed it:  Manual Uninstall - = or = - OBMM Uninstall  Manual Uninstall ---------------- Delete the esp and the ini file:  RMDailyIncomeV2.esp ini/RMDailyIncomeV2.ini  OBMM Uninstall -------------- 1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager. 2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen, click Yes. (icon should turn green)   Update ====== If you used Daily Income V1.0 make a clean save and delete the ini. This mod works totally different.   Incompatibility =============== This mod should be compatible to nearly everything as it adds only gold to inventories. As I reused some Tokens it is incompatible to DailyIncome V1.0 though.   Known Issues or Bugs ==================== None known. But if using a mod which gives weight to gold keep the incumbrance of the npcs in mind.  History ======= Example: 1.0, 2011/08/30 - Initial release. 2.0, 2011/09/26 - Release of total rewrite.   Credits ======= Thanks to uglycat and Janet for suggestions and advice. Thanks to Bethesda for creating Oblivion. Thanks to LHammonds for the Readme Generator this file was based on. Thanks to all who gave advice and help.  Tools Used ========== Oblivion Mod Manager - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097 Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) - http://obse.silverlock.org/ TES4Edit - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11536 Readme Generator - http://HammondsLegacy.com/obmm/tools_readme_generator1.asp  Licensing/Legal =============== You can do whatever you want with this mod but all I ask in return is that you give me credit if you distribute any part of this mod. I would also like to know what mods are including my work.  btw: there is no really mod.dependency to a lovers-mod. It's just made for the courtesan-player in mind. But I don't mention it, because I will put it on nexus and you know how this tend to end. RogueMage's Daily Income Revised 2.0.7z 2
Asylianna Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Thank you very much for posting this. Very useful for accumulating cash to pay NPCs that won't take sex in trade. (Or just to make sure NPCs have enough cash that you can initiate public sex through dialogue. They are always so bashful if you ask them if they want to do it for free... )
Fierey Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 Awwww, I looked through the list of factions and didn't see the dark brotherhood *Sad face* Guees i'll just keep pickpocketing and murdering rich npc's
