There is no OSEX in OSA library. How can I fix this?

I have the steam SSE version. I installed everything required for OSEX and OSA but there is no OSEX in OSA library menu. There is nothing there. I tried million of things reinstall the game and mods bunch of times, change the load order, using different mod tools...etc and it still doesn't show osex on osa library. How can I fix this? I'm willing to make a clean install all together please somebody help me
