[3DS Max 2011] Getting a consistent offset across multiple animations?

To those of you who are experienced in 3DS Max animation, I am having trouble. I'm currently working on creating an animation set and I need the arms to be placed specifically across all animations. The issue is that while I know how it should appear, I need them all to be identical, down to the number. In Blender, I have this OFA finished.

The X, Y, and Z rotations are all set to clear and replicate-able values. I can easily type these into a brand new animation file in Blender, and the bones would conform exactly like this.

In 3DS Max:

These values keep getting reset to 0. I have tried copying the exact values over from Blender, but the transforms operate differently. Furthermore, the spinners keep getting reset to 0. I know the reset is a feature because of the relative adjustment, but it'd be nice to actually see the value constantly, rather than by holding my mouse button down.

Basically, how do I view the specific, numerical value transforms of a bone in 3DS max so I can replicate it across other animations for an AA set?

Thanks!
