Both myself, depending on what associated mods I'm using at the time. Some SL mods are very female oriented, while others have more of a lean of a male PC being in a power position. It all depends on taste really.

Both. I play characters of both sexes (and those in between) and I'll use Sexlab (mostly for Amorous Adventures) with them all.

I change my gender at various points in my play through due to different quests. Usually play a male for Amorous Adventures and what not, but prefer female for regular game play..

Hmm. . . ever since I got a PC, female. It's the most convenient gender to play as when you create/install mods. Before my PC, both. I play as what I identify with, and with comical, big burly dudes. Ever since I started working with armor mods and Sexlab-stuff, I've found females seem like the go-to when testing.
