FIX HDT skirts problem?!?

1) Its HDT.  If you can't get three letters right, I don't know how much help anyone can give you.

2) You are talking about something moving and giving no information on why the picture above is an issue.

3) WTF would deleting plugins have to do with this?  Protip: if you have no idea what you are doing, burning down everything is going to create more problems than it fixes.  This is either an .xml issue, or a mesh issue, so deleting anything that isn't a .nif or .xml won't help.

What is it doing that it shouldn't be doing?  A still image of a moving object isn't useful for this unless you describe the expected movement and how what is happening is different.

It isn't normal skeletons.  HDT has its own skeleton attached in every mesh (or it should if it is going to work).  Did you change the mesh in some way?

Is this the only item with this problem or is this an issue you have with all HDT items?

Only skirts

I use that exact thing and it works fine for me.

Maybe your HDT default files are not compatible with it?

ok in the skse you mean in the plugins files?

I'm hesitant to answer this since the question further demonstrates you have no idea what you are doing.

It might be worth it to do some research on these things.  I feel like you're standing over a car with a flat tire, and you're holding a chainsaw asking what parts to cut off to make it drive again...

  • There *might* be an incompatibility between your HDT default settings (from whatever bounce options you have) and the skirt.  Or maybe not.
  • It could be bad frame rate messing with the physics, which can be solved with a few plugins that fix the havok... or maybe not.
  • It could be something else with HDT attached to the character build you are using, and the only incompatibility is with that other piece of gear.

It could be a lot of things.  Test some stuff out, do some research.  Make backups of what works and slowly, methodically solve the issue by understanding how this stuff works.
