You shouldn’t be pasting or overwriting anything, except for mods that require body textures. You need to remove cbbe, anime race and Custom race and reinstall them. To make one texture greater than another move the mods on the right higher, so I think anime race goes on top then cbbe then custom race

In the AnimeRace Nanakochan mod, (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38588) it says; and I will quote, "Place "AnimeRace_Nanako.esp" at the bottom-most of the order if possible If you enable RaceCustomizer, be sure to load it below "RaceCustomizer.esp". And, I have not entered this chat just to criticize you, I too have the same problem; I have tried basically everything to change the npc's heads, but, this glitch is related to the Nanakochan mod -Now, I have tried uninstalling the mod, though; that did not work, and I do not know if it was just the unholy amalgamation that is my mod order. Though, not to my knowledge, this problem may have already been solved on the nexus forums, you can get to the forums by going into "Posts" then going to the "Forum Thread" section at the mod page, from there you can perhaps find the fix for your problem. Again, I have not found a solution; so, look at your own risk.

And, I'd have to agree with ZOMBIEOVERLORD that you should not be overwriting anything besides mods that require body textures, this may incur more conflicts between mods.

If, this gets solved; hit me up too, since... ya' know, I have the same problem.

I forgot to mention, if you use mod managers like Nexus/Vortex to download mods, installing it direct to Vortex instead of manual may leave loose files. So, if on the off-chance that this is the reason, try reinstalling the mods manually. Doing it manually isn't like going through the "Data" files, just open Vortex -or which ever mod manager you may have- and drag and drop the mod in the mod manager, should work like a charm (The manual installation of the mod, not fixing the big-head glitch).
