I don't know if what I am about to suggest/ask it possible but, fuck it here goes...

Can't you transfer the files from the old PC to an exterior drive? I have done similar with other modded games when updating to a new computer. It did save me a crap load of down loading and finding shit oh and remembering what crap I wanted.

As I said though not sure if it will work, but logically I think it should.

There is a sub folder in MO called mods. Just copy paste into your new MO directory. Some things like SKSE and ENB binaries are not handled by MO (MO only handles data folder) and need to be redone on your new pc. You also need to redo all your utility mods (except for FNIS which MO 100% handles). For profiles just copy paste the profiles folder from the old location to the new.

MO makes it kinda easy for transferring load orders. Im not sure what your end goal is though. If you just want to save the mods to an outside source keep all the archives and store them. If you are looking to move your load order to a new pc like kboom then see above for MO, for nmm to be safe I would reinstall all from your backed up archives. Either way on a new pc I would do the normal steam install and run from the steam launcher once before bringing in the mods.
