Lonesome Road Overpass Freeze

For some reason my game keeps freezing at the exact same point on the lonesome road dlc. I enter the overpass, get the audio from ED-E, watch the deathclaw get slaughtered by the tunnler, kill the first tunnler that appears out it's hole, proceed, hear a growl, and then it freezes. This happens every time. I've included my load order. I hope someone can help me.

Could you try disabling CAGE and see if it still get's stuck?

Unfortunately disabling CAGE didn't resolve the issue.
