Sim wears random outfit in water when nude.

I'm not sure what has happened but my Sim is not getting nude in the shower, or tub. She is putting on this random outfit. All water for that matter.

You have some cc that is flagged for nude by the sound of it....if you have sims4studio load it up and unflag it.
