Chic Street Apartment Glitch/Bug - Help Needed

For a while now I've had an issue with my 21 Chic Street apartments in San Myshuno. From the attached images you can see the entire apartment has almost completely disappeared, making it impossible for sims to visit or for current tenants to exit. From the world view you can see it (image 3), but from live or build mode it's completely invisible, otherwise just the apartment itself will be visible if playing or building with a sim who lives there, who as I mentioned has no way to leave as the rest of it is gone. I am wondering if anyone else has ever encountered this issue, or if you'd have any idea how to fix it

Tried repairing the game via origin? have you added any apartments from the gallery or downloaded from somewhere else?

Yes I've tried repairing the game, and also I don't think I have any mods that specifically edit the apartments. Unfortunately there is no information about this issue online, so I guess I will try removing and re-adding my mods bit by bit until I figure out what's causing it.

sorry im like a year late but have you ever found the problem? I have the same problem, its irritating.
