Help creating a character

Hey all, just started to mod my Skyrim and wanted to know if anyone could recommend mods to help me make this character, or at least as close as possible. Thanks!

 

EDIT: Also should probably make people aware that I have Special Edition, in case that matters at all.

I do not think. 
my proposed Races mod, must first be converted for SSE.

That's... very annoying. Oh well, guess I'd probably have to learn how to convert mods to SSE at some point, or at least it'd certainly help. Thanks!

I haven't used SSE yet, but this type of thing should be do-able with just Racemenu and maybe a darker toned skin mod (not fair skin, or porcelain, etc).  In the event that you do need to change skin textures, you probably want to use a custom race mod to avoid messing up everyone else in Skyrim, but just about any race mod would work (I use Temptress for instance).

 

EDIT: another option for radically darkening the skin is Slavetats, just using a dark blue translucent texture for every body part.  Haven't tried it, but shouldn't be a problem to implement.

I managed to do it with the race mod, wasn't that hard to make it work really. Probably didn't have to do anything really. Anyway, how do  you think I did compared to the original image? I think she looks pretty close, as close as I'm gonna get anyway.
