 The first one seems to be SC - Noble Dresses by ShinglesCat and Urshi, but it seems to have been either deleted or never released (I think the first option is the case, though, as I have found people speaking about it). I have also found a topic about it on reddit, where there seems to be a download still available, but I don't know if I can link it here, just type the mod's name in google and you should find it (I hope at least!)

 

I did not have luck with the second one, will post again if I find anything :3

yes what OP is looking for is SC - Noble Dresses, but was removed everywhere.
the reason is obvious, because the original source is in mine above post. :classic_wink:
