Game Crashes on new game

Right so I just fixed game to launch with skse  since it could not find Skyrim Se and then once I got my mod list working I started a new game and then BAM a crash Idk if it is the mod or my computer it self or the game since it seems it could run some of the 2k-4k textures just fine but when i go to switch to a female it crashes so I have looked up every answer I could find and got nothing so I turn to Loverslab which is Skyrim's version of the genius bar at the apple store so anyone got any answers?

So I did some testing and i disable every mod in vortex yet I know for a fact the skyrim still has mods installed

Did the game still crash when you disabled the mods?  I know that when my game launches and it immediately crashes to desktop.  It's usually cause either a mod is missing it's master mod, or you did not activate the master.   I don't know how Vortex works since I still use NMM.  But NMM when you click on a mod it displays detailed information on the right.  Like what other mods it depends on.  It's annoying but you have to go through the mods one by one reading the information on the right.  Until you find the mod with the either missing or inactive master.

How about running FNIS and putting the output here? This should begin with a description of your skeleton and end with the number of animations successfully loaded.

All so FNIS says everything is alright so it has to bee a plugin or a mod since I can play as a male just fine

the culprit was BDHoodieSchlong.esp I can play as a female now so do any of you guys know why schlong is causing crashes?
