Mod or add-on to alter NPC reactions to sex scenes

I'm wondering if there's any kind of mod or mod add-on which will change the way that other NPCs react to people having sex.

What I mean is, for example, I'm having sex with an NPC and their wife or husband or SO walks in and says nothing. Maybe just some bland comment or other. And then walks out again. Kinda hilarious at times, but on the whole not very immersive.

I'm currently whoring my way across Skyrim with the TDF Prostitution mod. If there's any way I could add or change something to make for more realistic NPC reactions, such as a spouse kicking off when they catch me with their partner, I think that would add a lot of interest and excitement to the game.
