Hi,
I'm a dumb noob in scripting and stuff, but I figured out how to make these two amazing mods into my own liking. I, by any means, do not own these mods. I just did some TES5Edits (I wonder if this is can even be called patch). These perks intended to be used on female character. These are the original link:

What this thing does?
I make the perks works with skimpy clothes instead of fully naked character. So, for instance, The Mage Stone from Sexy Standing Stones will still have its effect on when you're wearing clothes/armor that has been marked as naked in Sexlab Aroused Redux.

 

I left Sexy Standing Stone untouched but I did some tweaks in StreakerPerks. I buffed some of the perks, and some of the other, I changed it completely (the effect, the names and description so it sounds more kinky lol), so I don't know if this is game breaking or not. This are my version:

Alteration
Juggler - Enemy will be reluctant to hit a naked woman. (20%/30%/50%) less incoming damage while naked.

 

Conjuration
Affection - Not even the residents of Oblivion can resist your charm. Conjuration spells are 30% longer while naked.

 

Destruction
Desire - Ease your mind by displaying your body. Destruction spell costs 30% less while naked.

 

Illusion
Dancer - Your swaying breast distracts opponents, making them miss (30%/40%/60%) of their melee attacks.

 

Restoration
Exhibitionist - Showing your full naked body excites you. Bonus 40% Health, Stamina and Magicka regeneration while naked.

 

Light Armor
Uncovered - Move more swiftly by not wearing anything at all. Bonus (40/60/100) armor rating while naked.

 

Heavy Armor
Liberation - Taking off your heavy armor liberates your body. Bonus 50% less armor weight while naked.

 

Block
Cockblocker - Having no defense at all makes you more focused blocking with your shield. Blocking is 30% more effective while naked. (Yes, I'm proud with this perk name lol)

 

Archery
Naturist - Feel the air around you to shoot better. 10% additional damage and 25% chance to deal critical hit while naked.

 

One Handed
Experienced - Your lewd experience find its way to battlefield. Bonus 15% armour penetration and 25% critical hit chance while naked.

 

Two Handed
Full Blow - Being naked, nothing hinders you to deliver more deadly blow. Bonus 20% damage and 15% less power attack stamina cost while naked.

 

Speech
Open Business - Seduce merchants by displaying your body. 20% better price with the opposite gender merchants while naked.

 

Smithing
Lok-Narash - The best way to handle hard things is being naked. Equipments improves 25% better while naked.

 

Alchemy
Extra Fluid - Nobody need to know what ingredient you use in your own potion. Crafted potions and poisons are 25% stronger while naked.

 

Enchanting
Enchantress - Feel the enchantment right onto your skin.  Enchanted jewelry are 15% stronger while naked.

 

Stealth
Unstealth - Do lewd things without anyone noticing. You are 40% harder to detect while naked.

 

Pickpocket
Unsuspected - Your target is too focused with your nude antics. Additional 20% chance to pickpocket while naked.

 

Lockpick
Feel - 20% easier while not wearing gloves or gauntlets (I did not change this one. Im out of ideas).

 

 

Installation
Put it on your Skyrim directory or just use mod tools.
USE EITHER MINE OR THE ORIGINAL MOD! ONE AT A TIME!

 

Uninstallation
I don't really know what would happen if you remove this, but as far as I use it and edited it many times I did not encounter any problem. If something goes wrong, please tell me what happened. And educate me how to fix it if possible ehe~

 

Known Bugs
Uhh... help. I don't know either. I don't think there's any... but, I can't completely say its bug free...

The first "Uncovered" perk makes all my light armor have a value of 40, weather I'm naked or not. A better way to give bonus would to create a perk effect that gives a set amount of armor when uncovered. I can give you an example if you want.

Edit: I checked it and looks like I've set it to SetValue instead of AddValue... or is that even the case... i set a condition to have Faction rank of slaNaked, or the effect cant run. And cmiiw 0 for naked and 1 for skimpy, i set it to greater than or equal to 0. i am really noob at this

One more reliable way to do it is to:
1) Make a magic effect that gives the set number of armor points you want. Then add "Conditions" under the box of the same name.

(Ex: WornHasKeyword   Keyword:lightarmor Value = 0.00) <-- this will make it so that the ability won't work if you're wearing an item with keyword "lightarmor". Then do the same for clothingbody, heavyarmor, etc. This will give you a set number of armor points when the condition is met. (I.E being naked.)

2) Create an ability with the effect above.

3) Have the perk give you the ability from 2

 

I made a tweak to the mod for my own personal use. If you want I can take screen shots of what I did if you'd like to test it.

i tried to make a new magic effect that have the "master" effect for being naked, but it wont show up in the game. Help

Sorry for the wait. Life got in the way again >.<

Here is what I did to make the mod work as described.

There can be more than one way of doing things, but this is the way that worked best for me.

Thank you for the good concept and  effort but the file is very buggy. If I wear skimpy armor or not, bonuses will be permanent. Heavy armor, two handed weapons, etc.
