Found this image on twitter from an account posting random screens they find. Haven't found anything with reverse image serach. So far I've checked KijikoHairCC, HepsyHairCC, SG Hair Pack 350, HHairstyles, Numenume Hair, KS Cazy Hair, KS Hairdos Renewal, Kijiko Hair, KKK Hair, Morten Hair 1&2, Satan's Hairpack, Hepsy Hair and Holiday Gift Hairdos but I haven't been able to find that hairstyle. Maybe it's a wig, part of an armor port or from an obscure hairpack, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It's a hairstyle from Vindictus called Sakura Blossom, guess I'll have to download Vindictus and try my best to port the hair to Skyrim. Depending on how it goes I might port more hairs from Vindictus but my internet is pretty shit atm with 400kbit/s instead of the 50mbit/s I should have so downloading the game might take a while.

You should at least check if what you are saying is correct when you make yourself out to be a condescending asswipe, I think you may need "graduation". Spoiler
