I know it's been uploaded in here since one of the links from here: http://mitakusaner.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-1942.html lead me to here, but it seems like it was removed for some reason? Anyway, I would really appreciate it if anyone has it, or knows a site where I can get it from, thanks !
