(Solved) Where is this scarf from?

Armor is Steel Nord Plate Bikini Armor with aMidianBorn textures but with some custom edits for anyone curious. Screenshot was taken by YuiH, 

EDIT: It's the plate armor scarf from zzjay's wardrobe, seems like it was retextured to be darker.

Looks like a recolour of the shoulder scarf from the plate armour in ZZJay's wardrobe.
