'Sim Missing Household' Last Exception?

Every time I start my game up, I get a last exception claiming that a sim is missing a household. Anyone know what happened?

You have a sim that's stepped out of the Spotlight...it's a bug maxis are aware of but haven't fixed yet...there is a little mod on mod the sims that fixes this.
