Weapon/armor schematics. Does it exist?

Hello, Ive been looking for a mod that sells/lootable  schematics for each weapon/armor like in enderal, or like the dwarven crossbows in dawnguard. Does it even exist? If not, is it possible to make for a half noob like me? I know some stuff about the CK, buut is there any related tutorial anyone here know about that can be of use for me? I prefer to read more than youtube, but anything that might help would be awesome, if its possible and I come out of it alive I will share if anyone is interested
