SSE working until new char then crash

Howdy.

I was able to have a working naughty SSE build before SKSE was patched. Patch has dropped, things were screwed, and I started from a clean install.

I followed the recent SE guide that has been posted, and got Skyrim to properly work and load a new character, once. I have no idea what I did to screw that one up, but I started from another clean install, and now I can get Skyrim to open and proceed into the loading screen for a new character, but it promptly crashes to desktop before actually loading in. I tried to enable papyrus logging, but I can't seem to find the exact cause for crash.

Any help?
I'm not sure how to cleanly post a load order, but I'm willing to do so.

As of writing I'm going through to see which mod is causing the issue, but I'll run out of time eventually and come check this appropriately.

Thanks to any and all in advance.

For help you need to do two things:

1) Post your load order. Run LOOT. On the top right hand corner of that tool is an icon that looks like three vertical dots or buttons. When you press on it you get a menu which includes the ability to copy load order to clip board. Do so. Then come back here and paste it in a spoiler.

2) Load the output of FNIS once you run it. This should begin with a description of your skeleton and end with the number of animations that you successfully loaded. This is a simple copy and paste operation.

Using a spoiler in LoversLab (LL):

On the bar above the area in which you post (which begins with "Size" and "Font") there is an icon that looks like an eye. It is about halfway across and just to the right of the Quotes icon. When you click on it a box will appear in the area in which you post. Using your mouse, navigate inside the box until the cursor appears (if it isn't already there) and then type or paste whatever you want. You can then use your mouse to navigate outside the box again if you need to add more to your post.
