[Searching] Mod to add modded armors / weapons to NPC

Does anyone know of a good (stable) mod / way to add modded armors and weapons to NPC's / drops?

I used to use Lootlists, (skyproc patcher), but with it, male NPCs tends to be nude or invisible because they get female only armors assigned as well xD

Immersive Armor places armor within loot lists. What I do is take mods that disperse armor through lists and NPCs and create my own mashups for them. The Book of UNP adds its armor to NPCs as well.

You will have the same problem with almost anyway of adding player made armor to npc/level lists and such, due to most of them not having male meshes attached to them.  Only way to change this would be to manually edit those armor mods to add vanilla male meshes where there are non.
