is there a way  make all of npcs height to 1.0 ?  

 

well, its not immersive but in that way i can turn off options in mcm 'set all of npcs height to 1.0' 

 

it would be less laggy

Press the "~" key to open the game's console.

Click a character to select it, displaying its base ID at the top of the console.

 

Type "setscale" followed by the scale to which you want to change the character's size. For example, to change the character to twice its default size, type "setscale 2". To change it to half its default size, type "setscale 0.5".

Press "Enter" and "~" to change the character's size and return to the game.
