TentacleBandit Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 I've been modding for a while with Skyrim and have basically stuck to my favorites, all basic mostly from steam or the nexus. I've finally wanted to take the plunge into sex mods for skyrim and I started downloading them as I found them here - but its becoming a little overwhelming. I'm not really sure what mods are like essential sex mods - I don't mean guide or explanation how to run them - rather I mean what are the essential sex mods to have for the best skyrim sexy experience. I tried searching for a similar topic here but couldn't find one, if it exists pls link otherwise do you guys have any suggestions or maybe somebody could make a thread like an introduction to skyrim sex mods that goes beyond the basics of modding and relates only to the sex mods themselves. What are the best, what you should download/install regardless. Which ones make big changes for more experienced sex mod players, ect. Or just give me a basic direction below haha. So far i've downloaded a lot but not really sure what I should start with.... Finally should I be using the basic Skyrim for the sex mods (are their more/more support?) or have most transitioned to SE?
erebostenebris Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 To start with you would of course want Sexlab, and any requirements it has. Then you would also want SexLab Animation Loader (SLAL) as well as any SLAL animation packs that catch your eye. You might want to try Sexlab Tools as well, which makes it easier to control the currently playing animations. Sexlab Aroused Redux is used for a lot of stuff too and is usually one of the basic mods downloaded to get stuff working. From there you have lots of options for how you want to start the sex in game. There is of course the basic matchmaker, which is just a couple spells- you cast them whoever and they start having sex. And things like Random Sex, or Scent of Sex which start sex between yourself or npcs according to your setting in the mcm. But I personally recommend Sexlab Eager NPCs. It has tons of features, the most basic of which is starting sex by talking to npcs. It also has options for npcs and followers to come up to you asking for sex in certain situations (for example after killing a dragon or completing a dungeon). It also includes spells and a shout you can unlock that integrate with sexlab aroused to make everyone around you horny as well as a questline that is unlocked by raising your relationship rank with enough npcs through sex. Which when completed unlocks a bow that becomes stronger the higher your arousal level. Pretty much all of this is configurable by mcm of course, including how likely an npc is to accept your proposal for sex. Edit: and i recommend sticking with basic skyrim, SE is still much more limited in what it can do.
