Looking for someone who help make a custom follower/playable character race

I've got the models and textures needed for the mod, but I have no idea what I'm doing and could really use some help with this. I know how to make followers, it's just custom models and textures I need help with. I've got the proper programs, but I'm just too inexperienced in this matter.

Get an existing mod that does this and edit it to use your meshes and textures.

 

Temptress is a decent mod for this if the basic shape is human.

I would say a little is human shaped.
