Any way to make Halo Poser lightweight?

Halo Poser is awesome but it has so many poses which count towards FNIS animation limit that I find it difficult to squeeze it in. Mostly I really need just those lewd ones and probably around 100 would have been more than enough. Is there a version of that mod that makes it possible to download only a chosen category? Or maybe there is a way to cut out the animations I don't need?

Is not easy but you can made it.

 

Go to DATA\meshes\actors\character\animations\HalosPoser and locate the file called FNIS_HalosPoser_List.txt

 

MAKE A SECURITY COPY OF THEM... Better make 3 or 4 copies...

 

Edit the file with any text editor. Delete the lines with the animations that you not want and save the file.

Go to DATA\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Modders and launch generatefnisformodders.exe 

 

And i say MODDERS because you need regenerate the main hkx file of the mod.

Press "Generate mod Behaviors" and locate your modified file, select it and process it.

The Generator for modders say you how many animations are processed.

 

Run Fnis for USERS in the normal way and launch the game. It is all.

You must have ONLY the animations that you have in your modified FNIS_HalosPoser_List.txt

 

Your must repeat the process for all the parts of the halo poser mod:

DATA\meshes\actors\character\animations\HalosPoser

DATA\meshes\actors\character\animations\HalosPoser2

DATA\meshes\actors\character\animations\PinupPoser

 

In case of problems you always can recover the SECURITY COPY or reinstall the mod with your manager.

There is also another Poser called knox or so from Halofarm. Much less animations.

Theoretically, you can do the same with any normal animation mod, but I think the operation is NOT valid for the animation packages designed for SLAL (SexLab Animation Loader) because SLAL uses additional json files and you must do another operation on those files.
