Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

Open the .esp/L with creation kit SSE version or xedit go to the worldspace or cell tab (depends on where the npc is placed) then delete the placed npc

Alternatively to the creation Kit (that is unstable as fuck) you can do the same using SKSE, open the mod in there, delete "Cell" or "Worldspace" to avoid the NPC being present in the world (can still be spawned using command).
