Identifying all CC not in use

So, my townies are great-Nth grandkids of the original townies mixed in with various families I've played along the way, and with me making lots of customs families just to add.  Plus I often edit my townies in CAS to make them look good.  So it's a lot of sims over a lot of time.

I've got over 4600 items of CC.  I know I can use the tray exporter to find the CC for any one sim, but is there any way to find the CC for all active sims?  Really, I'm looking for a list so I can find CC I've never used and cull it.  I've already done a pass over everything with S4S, but that cleared out about 120 CC and I added more than that in the two weeks after.

 

So, is there any tool or any way to get a list of all CC that are used, or all CC that is unused?

I don't think there is.  I'm currently going through my cc's and  it's pretty painstaking going through them one by one.  Perhaps someone else have happier answer but so far that appears the only solution.

I had that issue. I don't know if there is an easier way, but I used Tray Importer, as you mentioned. However, I made an alternate save file and moved sims in together to make 8-sim households. Tray Importer will list the CC for the entire household. When in Tray Importer, you can then move all CC into a "current" folder by right-clicking. As you move down the list of households it will get faster and faster, because there is less CC to move. Once you've identified all the current CC,  move the rest into an "unused" folder, and move the current CC back in. Start the game and check to see you are not missing anything before getting rid of the "unused" stuff.
