the sims 4 Is There a Skill Decay Mod?

I'm looking for a mod that adds Skill decay, so if you, for example, don't work out for a while, you will lost Skill points in the Athletic Skill, and same for Logic and all the others.

 

If there is no such mod, is there anyone who can make a mod that activates the cheat that changes the skill points to be 1 level lower than it is? Like lose a level if the skill hasn't had any increase within 3 days or something? Or maybe someone can tell me how to make it? I know nothing of script modding in Sims 4.

OMG!! I want a skill decay mod too.. MCCC has the option for relationship decay only.  If you don't practice singing for some time the skill should decay. it's the reality.
