What mod is governing this interaction?

I have a slight problem. I use defeat to knock down various individuals and put them in sacks for later use.

Now, that works flawlessly. But whenever I put them out of the sack, and approach an NPC to use my captured slave I get the following dialogue

 

You see that person there?->yes?->would you like to fuck them?->you should really let them go...

Now, the mod is working correctly. I know that certain NPCs won't touch certain other NPCs. The problem is I don't know which mod I need to adjust the "morality" if you will, of the npc to npc interaction. It's not under defeat (unless I missed it, which I doubt but it is possible) 

 

I'm sure this is a simple answer, but I'm a bit stupid today, it seems.

Morality is a vanilla game function. As such it can be changed using the console with the setAV morality command.

You misunderstand me, I mean to set the ability to have sex with the bound person. I say morality because they refuse and say that it's wrong. 

The reason I say it's not vanilla mechanic is because I've changed it in mcm before but forgot how.

Forgive me if I'm not making sense, I'm ESL

I do believe that you may be right about the miscommunication. What you're describing is the need to simply change the McMenu settings in SexLab Defeat.
