UrbanDestroyer Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 Like the title suggests I have a problem with my game were randomly after 30-60 minutes of gameplay the UI becomes unresponsive. When this problem occurs keybinds like escape to pause the game, sim portraits and UI buttons like skills and career information don't work, the only way to save my progress when this happens is to switch to build mode and come back to play mode and then I can press escape and save the game, but the UI still remains broken and I have to restart the game to fix it.  No errors are reported by any mods at all so I don't think the problem would be outlined in a log, but I could be wrong. Needless to say this glitch/bug is an absolute pain in the ass, so any help or insight into the causes would be greatly appreciated. -Irish
Cul Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 Hm, you could try moving away/renaming your TheSims4 folder in Documents (so it creates new one w/o mods), then open a new game and go watch something until the hour mark, to test if it's your TS4 installation. If it still happens, you would need a clean install. If it doesn't, try adding back your CC little by little (also test with http://modthesims.info/d/572482/ts4-package-conflict-detector-windows-only.html)
